Shipping is paid by the customer and will be calculated and added to the total, depending on the type of product.
All products are wrapped in protective shipping material and packed in a cardboard box. Orders will be shipped via CTT Portugal. Please allow 3 days for processing and 1-2 weeks for delivery.
O cliente terá duas opções de entrega:
Correio normal: a encomenda será enviada via CTT correio normal. Esta opção é mais económica, mas o cliente não terá um número de rastreamento de pedido. Isto significa que o cliente não poderá ver onde está o seu pedido, uma vez que não existirá número de rastreamento.
Correio registado: a encomenda será enviada via CTT correio registado. Será fornecido um número de rastreamento, cujo link será enviado ao cliente. Isto significa que o cliente poderá ver onde está o seu pedido.

Originals – Wall decor
All sales are final, because there is a risk that malicious people will photocopy the painting so they can frame the photocopy and get their money back. For this reason, there are no refunds or exchanges on original paintings, unless the item is damaged in shipping. For consideration of refund you must show proof of damage, provide the online receipt and invoice. Contact me directly: [email protected].
Jewelry
Refund and returns policy for jewellery lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact me directly: [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Important notes
Each piece is original and handmade, you can expect some imperfections; this is what makes each piece unique and one of a kind. Please remember that original paintings and original jewellery cannot be replicated, due to the nature of fluid art. However, I can create a similar style in colours of your choice.
Colours in the physical item(s) may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your computer screen or mobile device. We do our best to match what you see online to the originals. However, each personal screen has different settings, for this reason the colours may appear slightly different.
